SIS Alumni Awards Nominations

For all submissions, nominators must submit:

1) a resume;
2) a letter of explanation or rationale why the individual being nominated is deserving of this award;
3) confirmation that the nominee is aware that s/he must be available to attend the annual hooding and awards ceremony

Email copies of the submission will be sent to the nominee, the person nominating, and to SIS. Deadline for submission is April 13, 2012 for 2012 awards nominations.
