The School of Information Sciences is pleased to announce this year's Alumni and Friends Day on March 27 from 1-4 pm at the UT Hoskins Library Delivery Hall. Dr. Carol Tenopir will present the keynote talk and will discuss information seeking and use of scholarly articles. Alumni speakers will explore the topic of Information Seekers in the 21st Century from a variety of perspectives.
The SIS Alumni Board encourages alumni to submit presentation and poster session proposals related to the theme of "Information Seekers in the 21st Century" to participate in this program. SIS students are invited to submit poster session proposals. Proposals may be submitted by February 1, 2010. Click here to submit. All presenters will be notified by February 15th.
