A Question for Journalists

With the latest report on employment numbers in the U.S., here's a question for journalists -

If the reported jobless rate falls to 8.5%, but -

1. The Civilian Labor Force Participation Rate (% of eligible population that is employed) is the lowest in at least 10 years

2. The actual number of people employed fell by 812,000 in the last month
