Whether you are a DE student or Campus student, we recognize that you may need additional technical support due to the electronic delivery of classes. As a result, we provide a number of staff and other resources designed specifically for supporting students in LiveOnline@UT - Bb Collaborate classes.
For information about computer/system requirements for using Liveonline@UT-Bb Collaborate, go to http://liveonline.utk.edu and click on the Collaborate Requirements link to find out about system requirements for Bb Collaborate. You can also do a system check on your system to find out if your system is ready to run Bb Collaborate.
Access to the Bb Collaborate sessions is through the individual Blackboard course sites. Simply login to Online@UT (Blackboard) as normal with your NetID and Password. Once inside your course, click on the Tools link in the menu and select the Blackboard Collaborate link. On the page that appears, you should see a list of links to your online sessions. If you have any questions, please call the support numbers below or submit a help ticket request at http://help.utk.edu.
The toll-free support line is intended to allow students at a distance to reach technical support at the School at no cost. The line may also be used to reach other staff at the School. The support line is staffed during Bb Collaborate class sessions (synchronous sessions), and voice mail is available for calls at any time.
