The School of Information Sciences offers the both undergraduate and graduate courses. The Timetable of Classes, published several weeks prior to each semester, is the official notification of courses offered for a specific semester.
SIS students must complete a Student Planning Form, and submit it to their advisor in preparation for the advising session. Please choose ONE of the following.

3-Year Plan for Course Offerings
The 3-year course plan is a tentative list of course offerings from 2009 to 2012. Only the first academic year (2009-2010) includes the modes in which the courses will be taught. Detailed course schedules (with time, mode, and instructor) for each semester are posted at least 2 weeks for the registration period begins.
Subject to Change
While most courses are offered on a regular basis, there are times when a course may have to be cancelled. Various circumstances can factor into course cancellations.
- No instructor is available to teach the course
- Budget limits require course reduction
- Initial enrollment for the course is too low or lack of interest
If changes to a course schedule do occur, students will be notified in advance to allow time to find an alternative class. Course cancellations are most likely to occur during the summer semesters.

SIS has a formal Academic Advising Policy. Please familiarize yourself with the protocol related to advising at SIS.
