To apply for a student loan a student must be enrolled and complete the FAFSA form to receive student loans. Three types of loan programs are administered by the Financial Aid Office:
(1) Federal Perkins Loan;
(2) Subsidized Stafford Loan;
(3) Unsubsidized Stafford Loan.
Processing time varies from one loan program to another. Students must apply through the Financial Aid Office for all loan programs. Loans are limited to U.S. Citizens and certain permanent residents.
