Spectrum Doctoral Fellowship Now Available
The School of Information Sciences is one of ten library and information
science (LIS) programs nationwide participating in a new Spectrum Doctoral
Fellowship program, whose goal is to increase racial and ethnic diversity
among our profession’s next generation of LIS leaders.
SIS partners with ALA and others to launch new Spectrum Doctoral Fellowship Program
The School of Information Sciences has partnered with the American
Library Association and nine other participating LIS programs on a project
to increase racial and ethnic diversity in library and information sciences
doctoral programs.
Dr. Dania Bilal Honored by National Association
Dania Bilal, an associate professor in the School of Information Sciences, has been honored by the national Association for Library and Information Science Education (ALISE).

Registration for summer 2006 begins on March 6 and for fall 2006 on March 13. In order to register for either summer or fall courses SIS students MUST complete the Student Planning Form, pdf version, or Student Planning Form, Word document version.
