April 2, 2011 - 8:30am - 3:30pm The Center for Children's and Young Adult Literature is happy to announce our first ever Conference on Children's Literature to be held on April 2, 2011. The conference will feature a showing of Library of the Early Mind, the new documentary about children's literature, followed by a panel discussion with co-producer Steven Winthrow, author Jack Gantos, and author and gallery owner Richard Michelson.
The conference will be held at Hardin Valley Academy, and the registration fee is $40.00 ($45.00 after March 1). This fee includes lunch. Registration is through the Knox County Library.
