- Biography
Carolyne is currently a PhD student in the School of Information Sciences. She holds Masterʼs degrees in Library and Information Science and Public Administration from Valdosta State University, Georgia. She got her Bachelorʼs degree in Library and Information Science from Makerere University, Kampala as well as completed CCNA modules at the Women and Gender Institute at the same university. Her areas of interest include: Policy Analysis (with emphasis on Information Policy), Public Administration, and Research in the Information Policy area.
