Kevin is a second-year doctoral student in the School of Information Sciences. He came to the University of Tennessee from Western Carolina University, where he served as Lecturer of Communication. Prior to his tenure at WCU, Kevin was the Webmaster and Web Developer for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, one of the largest community colleges in the state of North Carolina.

A proud Demon Deacon, Kevin earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication from Wake Forest University. He studies how college students with disabilities use assistive technologies to access information and achieve success in higher education. Kevin serves as a representative in the College of Communication & Information's Graduate Student Association. He is also an editorial team member of the International Journal of Information, Diversity, and Inclusion (IJIDI).
